Software Installation: Below are installation packages for Windows OS – separate installers for 32 bit and 64 bit system. There are separate installers for MProbe system, standalone version (no hardware integration) and versions integrated with third party spectrometers. Please select the correct installer that match your requirements.
Software evaluation: You can evaluate the software before purchasing – please send us email to info@semiconsoft.com to request an evaluation key.
Updating to version 4.5 of TFCompanion. Version 4.5 was a major new release of the software. If you currently have earlier verion of the software – you will needs to download the latest version of TFCUpdater or make a fresh installation. Please follow the update instructions below.
TFCompanion standalone version 32bit/64bit
Standalone software for data analysis of reflectance, transmittance, ellipsometry, imaging ellipsometry data. Does not include data acquisition and integration with spectrometers and other hardware.

TFCUpdater. Software for updating TFCompanion
TFCUpdater is included in TFCompanion installation. It only need to re-installed when updating from the very old TFCompanion version (before ver. 4.5)
Software update file
Recommended update installation is directly from TFCompanion software (Help/Check update). If computer is not connected to the Internet, the software update can be downloaded manually and installed
USB drivers for
Semiconsoft Spectrometers
Download USB drivers for using with SpectrometerClient or integration with your software. Download drivers are extract them from the zip file. Follow instructions to install drivers.
If you are using TFCompanion software – the drivers are already included in the installer – you do not need downlaod them separately/
